EffektProfil© Analysis

Take advantage of the hidden patterns in your results

When analysing the results of a satisfaction or loyalty study, one usually compares groups of respondents based on background variables such as age, education, seniority, customer segment, etc. The purpose of this exercise is to find anomalies or patterns that might explain what makes respondents more or less satisfied and loyal.

This is the way satisfaction analysis has typically been done. But is it really the smartest way?

Is an employee's age or a customer's geographic segment really determining the satisfaction and loyalty levels? Is it correct to assume (which the above mentioned method does) that respondents in a given organisational, demographic or product segment have the same preferences? Is their satisfaction and loyalty therefore controlled by the same factors?

There can of course be a correlation between the respondents’ demographics and their satisfaction and loyalty, but in most cases, the "relationship" is a consequence of hidden underlying variables. In other words you should consider whether the standard type of analysis is actually useful to base your future improvement actions upon.

Needless to say, we would recommend another approach

EffektProfil© analysis – the analytics tool of the future.

We have worked hard on developing a new and better analytical method that offers more accurate and useful results. In this context, we have tested a variety of statistical models and methods in different shapes and combinations to find the right solution.

We have reached our goal and therefore proudly present our "EffektProfil© analysis" that can identify the basic satisfaction and loyalty drivers on respondent level.

In other words the EffektProfil© analysis tells you what drives the loyalty of contact X from your customer Y, or what it takes exactly to retain employees in any department as well as helping the employees become more committed to their jobs.

The EffektProfil© analysis allows for an overview of what actually drives satisfaction and loyalty among your stakeholders, and secondly how improvement initiatives must be designed to achieve maximum effect at minimal cost.
